What are the precautions when charging?
When charging，please keep the charging port and charging cable completely dry.
Why don’t I notice any change in sound quality when turning the XBass 2.0 knob?
1. The XBass 2.0 knob only adjusts the bass. If the song you're playing has little bass content, the change will be less noticeable.
2. Each step only affects 1.25dB of bass. We suggest you turn the knob by several steps to hear the difference more clearly.

How long does it take to charge Max?
It takes around 4 hours to charge with a certified 5V/3A (15W) wall charger.
Note: If the charger's power output is lower than 5V/3A, charging time will be longer.
What’s the difference between TWS (Stereo) and Auracast?
In Stereo mode, two speakers split the audio, with one playing the left channel and the other playing the right.
In Auracast mode, each speaker plays the same audio to expand the sound field. Up to 100+ speakers can be connected together in Auracast mode.
How to switch between TWS (Stereo) and Auracast?
Single‑press for TWS (white light), double‑press for Auracast (blue light).
Note: To switch modes, first press and hold the TWS button for 2 seconds to exit the current mode, then select the other mode.
Does Max support pairing with other TRIBIT speakers?
Max only supports pairing with the same model.
What should I do if I can't turn off or control the speaker in an abnormal situation?
Press and hold the power button until the speaker is turned off.
